The plans showcased in the image are just to give an idea about the setup. These are not a part of the product unless specified. The similarity could be 70-80%
In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in color and effect finish between the website images and the actual product.
The Plan and the End result of construction totally depend on the customer quality of construction and the material used.

What is included in your plans?

All basic plans contain the basic necessary drawings to be used for the construction of a house. However, the exact contents of each plan may vary, as every designer includes different levels of detail. Each plan detail page will list what that plan specifically includes, so be sure to check. You can call our helpline or submit a request for clarification directly from the plan page.
At a minimum, your plans will be drawn at a ¼” scale or larger and will include:

Structure Drawings: Drawn to 1/4″ scale, this page shows all necessary notations and dimensions including support columns, walls and excavated and unexcavated areas.
2D Elevations: A blueprint picture of all four sides showing exterior materials and measurements in 2D.
Floor Plan(s): Detailed plans, drawn to 1/4″ scale for each level showing room dimensions, wall partitions, windows, etc. as well as the location of electrical outlets and switches.
Electrical Section: A technical drawing with a visual representation describing electrical systems or circuits.
Working drawings: A Drawing provide dimensioned, graphical information that can be used by a contractor to construct the works, or by suppliers to fabricate components of the works or to assemble or install components

What is the exchange policy?

All sales are final on copyrighted EaseMyHouse, and no refunds or exchanges will be granted once you have received your plans. If you decide you cannot build the house for which you ordered plans, we may be able to offer a discount on a replacement plan. Be sure to do all your research prior to ordering plans so that you end up with a house plan (and home) that you love.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Printed shipping in INDIA with fixed-term charges. Priority and Express shipping options are also available (check with one of our Plan Advisors at Helpline for current pricing). Plans shipped out of INDIA may have higher fees due to customs and available delivery resources.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, UPI, and Digital Wallets. We can also accept checks by phone as a form of payment for most plans.
